Development Process Outline

Scope & Prototype – We start by interviewing the key stakeholders in your organization and having them show us (via screen share) the applications and databases they are currently using. We are often able to capture the information we need, scope your system and develop an initial prototype in as little as two weeks.
Beta v1.0 – After the Scope & Prototype phase we can proceed with implementing a beta v1.0. This phase typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks after which your team will have a rough-draft of the completed system on which they can experiment and provide our developers with feedback for improvement.
Pilot v1.0 – Once your stakeholders feel the system has been refined enough to begin production we import your historical data and help walk you through the "go live" process.
Continuous Improvement – As your business needs grow and change over time, we will be here for you to enhance the system so that it is always current and up to date.
